When I first came to George Mason, I was far from home and I didn't know anyone; that meant I had random roommates. We had been communicating through email, Facebook stalking each other, and the like to get to know each other before we moved in together. The funny thing was, we had a third roommate. We both thought we wouldn't get along with each other and be besties with our third. Turns out it was the exact opposite; we quickly became best friends, spending almost every waking minute with each other. We've been best friends ever since.
